We are buying our first home and are breaking our lease. We have loved living here and would have happily stayed longer if we could have purchased this home (trust us, we tried to!). We are moving out mid-April. This is a great home for a family, multigenerational or shared living situation. All tenants over the age of 18 will have to pass a background check. Tenants are responsible for all utilities. The property is managed by Jack Wu of DCPM and he has been very responsive to any requests that have come up. The landlord's family lived in this home and it is not an investment property owned by a corporation. They take deep pride and care for the home. They know all the ins and outs of how everything operates and any quirks you may come accross. You will have direct access to speak with the property manager and landlord who are always quick to fix any issues. Brand new AC and Furnace were installed last summer!
