Shaded backyard is shared with the other tenants of the house. Easy access to I-84 and I-5, walking distance to Lloyd Center mall, grocery stores, bars/restaurants, and many other businesses. The available room is spacious with a large closet and west facing windows. The bathroom is shared. Balcony access is through the other tenants room but it is never restricted, day or night. PLEASE NOTE: Nearly all of the communal furniture/shelving/kitchen supplies belong to my roommate who is moving out and will be taking everything with her. Do with that info what you will lol Animals are allowed with landlord approval, however they MUST get along with other dogs and cats as there is already one of each living there.
