First off, the things that might scare you away - We have a dog and can't accept any other animals - 420 only outside: We can't have smoking of anything inside the house. We do have a front porch and a lovely sitting area in the back yard. - We are in the process of beautifying the house. There are no loud projects planned for the next 3 months but we are doing small projects around the house and sometimes that means a messy kitchen or living room. About the house - 1909 craftsman - 3300 sf - 4 floors, 7 bedroom, 3 bathrooms - Wood floors throughout - Awesome garden - The utilities include all heat, electric and water and Wi-Fi - Rent is all you have to pay - all common items and utilities in the rent. - We are 4 blocks from the max at lloyd center - Free onsite laundry - We don't have cable - We don't have a microwave or dishwasher - Getting more and more beautiful everyday (but still a work in progress) - The housemates are lovely, welcoming and thoughtful people. I feel so lucky with our current bunch. About Room 5b Pros: - It's the quietest room in the house and has a sitting area outside the room that is rarely used by the rest of the roommates - It has its own mini split/ temperature control Cons: - The closest bathroom is one floor down - The walls are really thin and the door doesn't lock This is a great place to stay while you are looking for a more permanent spot. This is a sublet: We are offering 1-3 months It's an ideal spot to be if you are looking for longer term housing - I only need 1 week notice No smoking of anything inside the house
