It's a small, private apartment community of just five units and two buildings. There's tenant parking on the premises as well as a coin-operated shared laundry room. A grand feature is the private backyard and brand-new floors throughout the apartment, new custom built kitchen with all-new appliances among other thoughtful new details. The previous tenant lived in the unit for three generations and we hope the next renter will also find this new place their home. We will need proof of a monthly gross income of 2 times the monthly rent, verifiable rental history, and first month's rent with a refundable security deposit of one month's rent for move-in ($3,400).
