Close to the Max and bus lines The single-family house is only 7 years new and in very good condition, it is very safe with ring cameras . 3 bedrooms + 2.5 bathrooms. 3 bedrooms are all on the second floor. I am a designer. My life is very simple and no drama. I work hard and go to the gym regularly. And I don't smoke, don't drink, don't use drugs or marijuana. I am a nice, quiet, easy-going female. I already occupy the master bedroom. The other roommate Jerika , she works for a hospital . she is a kind , positive, hardworking woman. Now one furnished bedroom is available. If you like you can use your own furnitures . The room is 110 sf + 12 sf closet for only $650/month. You have your own private bathroom (half bathroom without shower),and you only share shower with the other roommate. deposit is $650(refundable) + $150 last month's utilities (refundable)+ first month's rent is $650. There is a portable air conditioner in the room. Three to 3 people share the utility + Wi-Fi (usually $100-120/person, sometimes $150/ month ). 1-year lease at least, a 6-month lease is available, +$80/ month. Requires: have a job, enough to pay the rent and utilities. (I think working can make people more healthy and happier). No drama, keep the kitchen clean. Students are welcome too.
