We require a meet and greet with pets prior to acceptance, all pets must be vaccinated and spayed/neutered unless tenant is appropriately registered as a licensed breeder, occupancy pet standards are still limited to 2. We reserve the right to refuse pets that have caused rental damage or are considered vicious breeds. Please make sure to upload any pertinent documents in regard to pets. If your animal is a service or companion animal, please upload verification with that notation, they will still be required to be vaccinated and spayed/neutered, the rules regarding pet damage still apply. We allow up to 2 vehicles to be registered to park on the property per unit at no additional charge, extra vehicles will incur a fee of $50 per month. We will be implementing parking passes in the near future to help make enforcement easier. All persons 18 or older planning on residing in the rental unit must fill out an application and be approved prior to moving in.
