Small town living, close to Madison. This house is a short 30 minute commute to Madison. The house has a large backyard, perfect for having a cookout and evening fire. There is a small one car garage with an old chicken coop on the back. It hasn't been used in years, but if you wanted to take this on as a project to clean it up and get some backyard chickens, this would be perfect. A garden shed is the perfect place to store all your gardening tools and take up the hobby of gardening veggies or flowers. Two large porches help to make the 800 feet living space feel bigger. You can either watch the birds out the back or cars and people out the front. This is a single family home on a large city lot. We would like to initially have a 6 month lease, then if things are working for both of us, we would be open to a 1 year lease upon renewal. We have a negotiable pet policy. If pets are permitted, there will be an additional $25/month added per pet. We have a strict no smoking policy. No smoking in the home or on the property. Renters cover all utilities and provide grounds maintenance (lawn mowing and snow removal).
