No drama, drugs, partying, smoking or vaping. Tenant pays for propane on top of rent and utilities fee. One year lease desired but can negotiate less. Can consider a cat but due to proximity to the next door neighbor with dogs, we cannot allow dogs. Unit has seperate high speed internet. Additional $200 a month paid by tenant covers all utilities including internet. Tenant also responsible for propane for hot water heater and stove.
