A condo should be maintained in the same condition as you get it, and a monthly cleaning is desirable, and we will help to find a cleaner who is reasonable and does an excellent job. Parking is in the designated spot # 635 only and not occupying on other residents allotted spot. More than one car can be parked in public open spots on a first come and first serve basis and at any time street parking is not allowed and it may be towed by the club at the renter's cost to recover. Garbage should be cleared on a regular basis in the dumpster located across the street.
