Tenants are responsible for lawn cutting and there'll be AN inspection every 3 months for QUALITY CONTROL and PEST CONTROL (including interior area) RENTAL TERMS CONTINUES.. Rental term will be for 6 months, in the event of early cancellation, VISITORS/RENTERS will pay current month plus one additional month or security deposit. Lawn and outdoors, LANDLORD will provide pest control (this services are limited to OUTDOOR areas only) Tenants are responsible to keep the house clean and organized. FURNITURE & INVENTORY Furniture & Inventory tenant will be responsable to report any issues to LANDLORD. Missing, lost or damage under any circumstances, including, but not limited to vandalism negligence of the tenants. A whole furnishing inventory will be provided to tenant and required signature. REPAIRS & HOUSEKEEPING Housekeeping is available at tenants expenses. Appointments are required. Tenant will be responsable for any damage repairs. LANDLORD is given the exclusive authority to DETERMINE IN ITS PROFESSIONAL JUDGMENT, THE AMOUNT DUE, CHARGE THE tenant accordingly and/or settle with the tenant(s) upon advice of legal counsel. Landlord is given the power to make claims upon the security deposit and shall not be held liable for any failure to make claims on any damage. Cleanings and repairs should be arranged with LANDLORD.
