This lot has not been cut in years and does have timber value. Its rolling and sloping with multiple locations to build. Power currently runs to adjacent lot and would need to be extended to subject lot. There is a dug, tile lined, well on the property. Hubbard Farm Rd is believed to be a discontinued road with public easement and landowner ROW. Road is currently not maintained by the town. There is one house before this parcel that keeps the road plowed in the winter currently. There have been unrecorded surveys of adjacent lots and a survey for a lot division in 2016. I have not been able to locate the outtake survey to date but am still working on that. Town tax map does not appear to match up with survey data.
