    This is a very nice, 7.66 acre, very private lot. It is wooded with a nice canopy so that the underbrush is mostly thinned out. The top of the mountain is, almost level, with gorgeous mountain views. Actually, there are several wide, nearly level areas going all the way up from the driveway. There are no zoning restrictions, no boundary easements or deed restrictions, only the rule that you will need a well and a septic system to build or live there, whether in an RV, mini home, modular, mobile home, or site-built house. All are allowed. The Access to the property is via a right of way (ROW) that comes in off of Rackhum Rd. It is graveled to the SE corner of the lot. The rest of what would be your driveway is shared with the property owner on the other side. The driveway is currently cut in, but not graveled. It goes nearly to the top of the property. There are mountain views of the Clinch Mountain to the South, and other mountains to the north. Both would be visible in the fall. Oh, what a view it is in the fall! Most delightful views of the mountains and lovely patches of large farms could be seen all year round by clearing some of the trees that currently, now in the summer, obstruct the view.
