Renting a the house I currently own and live in (you can pick between the two). The house is a 3 bed 2 bath. Walking distance to UNR. The rent includes utilities. I have a queen frame and mattress (with cover) if desired. One bathroom is shared between the two bedrooms I am renting. This is the bathroom pictured in the post. The living room has a large sectional couch. The basement has two areas, an unfinished area with lots of storage, and a finished area with a couch and game room setup. The game room has a TV and large couch. There is also outside access to the basement. The back yard has a deck with a table, chairs, and a grill. There is a driveway for parking and the street on both sides of the house is free parking, so lots of room. No pets.
