    This is a listing for a furnished single room with a private attached bathroom located inside a beautiful and newly remodeled house located near the Renton Airport. Decorated and designed with your comfort in mind! No expenses were spared to make the room the perfect home away from home. The lower level of the house, where you will be staying, is shared between 3 guests and 1 member of the owner's family. The main level is where the owner lives with their family and pets. Renters don't have access to the main level. The lower level has a shared kitchen with designated personal pantry space for each room, full size fridge, a cooktop (no large oven), and stocked with the essentials. There is also a shared laundry area, with designated private cabinets/drawers for each room to give our renters as much privacy as possible. Room #4 (this listing) is a beautiful room with a window facing part of the backyard. Your privacy is very important to us, so please know that the window in the room does have blinds and blackout curtains. Furnished with full size bed, desk, smart TV, walk in closet, full size bathroom, laminate floors, with central heating and cooling! Plus one a designated parking spot on the property! We have a friendly dog and cats at this property. Please keep that in mind if you are afraid of dogs/cats or are allergic to them. Renters are not allowed to bring pets due to existing pets on property. Absolutely NO SMOKING/VAPING allowed anywhere on the property, this includes inside and outside the house or in personal vehicle if it's parked in front of the house. There is a newborn baby in the house and smoke/smell travels easily. Since the host and family members live in the house, our guests are not allowed to bring anyone over, that includes daytime visiting and/or overnight guests. There maybe some unexpected noise during the day or night from our crying newborn baby, barking dog, meowing cats, water heater running (which is located in the mechanical room across from the Laundry area), airplane engine testing noise from Boeing, airplane noise from Renton Airport. Please excuse these noises as most of them are out of our control. We will do our best to keep baby crying and pet noises down as much as possible. The following is not the least agreement but highlights some of the terms found in the lease agreement. More terms and details will be found in the lease agreement which will be shared with the renter once the rental application is accepted. 1. No other persons will live in the Property without the prior written permission of the Landlord. The room may not be sublet. 2. No guests of the Tenants may occupy the Property at any time. 3. No animals are allowed to be kept in or about the Property without Landlord's written consent. 4. One vehicle allowed to park on the property, on the designated parking spot. 5. NO Smoke/vaping/drug use anywhere in the Property, neither inside nor outside of the house. 6. House has smoke and CO2 detectors. Tenants are responsible for maintaining the working condition of the smoke/CO2 detectors and not tempering with them. 7. The Tenant may NOT make improvements to the Property 8. The Tenant will not engage in any illegal trade or activity on or about the Property. 9. Tenant and landlord will comply with standards of health, sanitation, fire, housing and safety as required by law. 10. Tenant and landlord will use reasonable efforts to maintain the Property in such a condition as to prevent the accumulation of moisture and the growth of mold. The Tenant will promptly notify the Landlord in writing of any moisture accumulation that occurs or of any visible evidence of mold discovered by the Tenant. The Landlord will promptly respond to any such written notices from the Tenant. 11. Minimum 30 night rental, may extend lease if room is available.
