Very quiet street with friendly neighbors and several Little Free Libraries nearby. The casa is decorated in a cozy mid-century modern style and has a newly remodeled bathroom. It's the perfect spot to come home to after a day of working or exploring. Front bedroom has a queen bed and second bedroom has a twin bed with a pull-out trundle. All beds have memory foam mattresses. Each bedroom has a dresser and a large closet for clothing and storage. Large screen TV in living room. Please note bedrooms do not have TVs. New mini-split units provide both heating and air conditioning. If you are staying for more than 30 days, professional monthly cleaning is included with your stay. There is a 1 bedroom casita in the back yard that is a monthly rental for traveling professionals; however, it is separate from the main home so both units are very private. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, cooking utensils, spices, and everything you need to make a meal. All personal basics are provided, including body wash, shampoo and conditioner, and a blow dryer. Non-smokers only as smoking (anything) is not permitted anywhere on the property.
