Bedroom 1: Features a spacious Master Suite bedroom with a king-sized bed, solid oak Thomasville furniture, and a 3-mirrored-door closet. The bathroom features an oval tub and bidet. Bedroom 2: Features a single twin bed, small desk and dresser, and mirrored closet. Utilities: Water, Gas, Electricity, Trash Collection, and yard maintenance - you pay a percent depending on total number of occupants. No smoking, drugs, or pets to maintain space allergy free. About Us: The main house is occupied by 1 responsible female adult and her 2 small dogs. You'll meet with her first to see if you are a good fit. About You: Looking for someone who is professional and employed. Someone clean, responsible, friendly, communicative, considerate, easy-going, and courteous. No pets but must be friendly to small dogs. No smokers, or partying. Communication is vital.
