The cabin has outside seating areas with a panoramic view of mountain ranges and trees. The cabin is on about 1/2 an acre with lots of trees and open spaces. It is furnished with about everything you might need, including a washer and dryer in the building, parking, an outside picnic bench and seating and a full kitchen and bathroom with a bath and shower. The monthly rent is $1,150 plus a flat rate of $125 for trash, water, internet and propane, plus a share of electricity, which fluctuates by month. So the rent is $1,275 plus electricity. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, sink, four burner electric stove and oven and appliances including air fryer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, microwave. The floor in the bathroom is tile but the rental is primarily carpet. Running Springs is a mountain community about 15 minutes up the hill on 330 on the way to Big Bear. The elevation is about 5000 feet. It is peaceful and quiet and you will often see deer. Ideal for one person. No pets as there is no outside pet access in the tenant's absence and the rental is carpeted. Someone accustomed to mountain living is ideal. Parking is flat. Please email with questions.
