Other utilities will be split equally with roommates. Currently there are two young girls living in the home in their early 20's that both work full-time. Kitchen, living room, and loft are currently being furnished. You would have access to the super fun, Desert Color amenities, pool, lagoon, beach area, and sports courts. This new townhome is located only minutes from shopping, dining, and entertainment. Security deposit will be equal to one month rent. $100 of deposit is nonrefundable for carpet cleaning. No alcohol, drugs or tobacco use. Street parking is available.
