It does have a very nice balcony that overlooks a quiet neighborhood street. In the living room it has a large window that overlooks the swimming pool. All windows have been replaced with storm dbl pane that open outwards for great circulation. In the kitchen it has upgraded appliances and granite countertops. It does have an over-the-counter microwave oven besides the oven in a fairly new range. It does have a fairly new dishwasher too. There is closet space and the bathroom has been upgraded. Bedroom has a small bay window that opens out. There is a laundry room at the end of the building that is always locked and uses prepaid cards you buy at room. The mailroom that is always locked is next door to it. It is only 1 block from onramps to 680 and a major shopping center that includes a large grocery store. There is a bus line that stops at the corner and can take your right to BART. You would also be just a few blocks from the Iron Horse Trail for hiking and biking. The complex does have electric gates at both entries and a dedicated car port very close to the unit. I am hoping to do a grand opening on July 18. It is still occupied and the tenant does not want to be disturbed. (or photoed) This is a non smoking complex and has an HOA which the owner pays dues for. Water and garbage are included with the rent. I am renting this beautiful unit for only $1950 mo and $2k security deposit. There is a $25 fee for application as this is what is charge to me for credit and history checks. This will need to be paid when submitting the application. Asking for a 1 year lease, which would include no rent increases.
