The cabin is located less than half a mile to the ski shuttle offering easy access. Less than a five minute drive to Sandpoint and Lake Pend Oreille with all of the great restaurants, coffee shops, and bars, and shopping the area offers! The cabin has been recently redecorated, with many new furnishings! It has new wood floors throughout and was freshly painted. It is on beautiful Little Sand Creek. Summer will offer great outdoor activities (including fishing on the creek), a fire pit and grill, and private picnic table by the creek! Winter offers super easy access to the Schweitzer shuttle to the ski village. It is near town, skiing and hiking/biking trails! Close to restaurants! Private parking is available at the cabin (including space in the driveway for a reasonably sized trailer). Utilities included in rent. The cabin is fully furnished! Furnishings must remain in the cabin. There is outdoor parking on the premises. Will consider any lease length - seasonal or any proposed duration of at least one month. Less than annual leases will need a separate nonrefundable $350 cleaning fee.
