If you are interested in touring the house, please fill an application and go through the screening process, you will need to pay for the screen on the website, but the fee can be deducted from your first month rent if you rent the house. We are looking for long time tenants who would take care of our house as if it were theirs, and also we would like to have a good landlord-tenant relationship.
