This is your home away from home. Come enjoy this beautiful, bright Garden Suite with a large deck that faces the garden. While enjoying the garden view, listen to the water fountain and smell the sweet aroma of the blooming flowers. Studio is fully furnished with a comfortable Queen size bed and sofa bed and closet. A large non-operating fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere. The mini kitchen has all of the appliances and dishes necessary to make a delicious meal. Includes: 2 burner electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster and french press coffee maker! You'll have your own private deck. We offer bikes for you at no extra charge :). You don't need to reserve the bikes, they will be in the garage and the details for the locks, etc. will be on the welcome sheet that you'll receive upon check-in. We have a delicious orange tree on the property which you are welcome to enjoy during your stay. This is a smoke free, drug free and pet free property. There are no exceptions to this policy, Santa Barbara is a smoke free city, that means no smoking in public areas including the sidewalks. For added convenience, you'll have access to on-site washer and dryer facilities for $55 per month. We offer a flexible month-to-month lease to suit your needs. The studio is for 2 people occupancy maximum, ideally for one. A security deposit is required, amount is determined upon length of stay. A $100-$200 move-out cleaning fee is required, amount depends on the length of stay. Tenant pays utilities - $100 per month, which includes water, trash, electricity, gas, gardening, and WiFi. No drugs, no smoking or vaping. No pets.
