The entire casita with it's large fully fenced private yard. 30 day min - length of stay depending on request. Monthly rent Stay: $1700 (for 1 guest), or $1,900 for 2 guests Plus $150 for all utilities, incl WiFi. Minimum of 90 day stay to negotiable for length of time you may need. Contract workers, movie workers, temp stays such as remodeling your home etc. Pet Policy: We're happy to host your dog! Just one per stay, please must be friendly, social, and not a big barker.
