There is a private bedroom on the first floor with a queen size bed. The first floor also offers a laundry room and a full bathroom.The second floor features a spacious master bedroom with a king sized bed and ensuite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower, soaking tub and dual vanity sinks. The master bedroom also has access to a private balcony for beautiful views of the WaterColor community and a sitting room with a tv to truly relax. There are three king guest bedrooms that each feature their own ensuite bathroom.The third floor of the home is a great, open space for entertaining and creating those family, beach vacation memories that will last a lifetime. The open space offers plenty of comfortable seating and a large tv. There are two bunk rooms each with their own bathrooms. The first bunk room offers three twin singles and one twin bunk bed. This will be added onto your total when checking out. Reservations for less than 12 days, have the option to add a mid-stay clean onto your reservation.- As a reminder, the golf cart is owned and provided by the home owner as a complimentary amenity. No refund or rate adjustment will be made for unforeseen mechanical failures which make the complimentary golf cart unusable during your stay.
