From the cozy living room into the gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, you will find a stylish dining table that offers seating for 8 guests. There is a guest bedroom with a queen size bed and shared access to the hall bathroom with a shower. The next bedroom offers a queen size bed and private bathroom. The master bedroom offers a king size bed, private bathroom with a shower and soaking tub, and access to the balcony. On the balcony you are treated to a ping pong table, bed swing, a fireplace, and stunning views of the Nature Preserve.The third floor has an open space perfect for the teens or littles to truly enjoy themselves.The outdoor space of this home is just as grand as the interior. First, enjoy a swim in the private pool (that can be heated for $50/day) or soak in the sitting spa. Next is a covered sitting space with plush seats gathered around the fireplace.- Parking for 2 vehicles.- NO events, such as wedding receptions and other large gatherings are allowed. Only people sleeping in the home are allowed on this property. If violated, double cleaning fees, as well as other possible fees, will apply.- NO PET HOME.
