The first floor treats you to an open concept family room that flows into the grand kitchen. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a large center island which has seating for 4 guests and the dining table offers seating for 8 guests. Next you will find a guest bedroom with a king sized bed and private bathroom with a shower. There is an additional guest bedroom on this floor with a king size bed and private bathroom with a shower that has shared access to the balcony. The final room on this floor is the master retreat, which offers a king size bed and a luxurious bathroom with a soaking tub and shower, and shared access to the balcony.The third floor of the home is a wonderful gathering spot with spacious and comfortable seating, a table that is perfect for a card game, air hockey table, beverage refrigerator, and a tv for those late night games and movies. There is a guest bedroom with a king size bed and shared bathroom on this floor, along with a bunk room that has two bunk beds. The balcony is a great addition to this floor for relaxing - but the spiral staircase to the tower provides the best views of Seaside with a glimpse of the emerald water. These cameras are for safety purposes.- Hi-Speed WiFi (Not Responsible for Service Disruptions).- Parking for 4 vehicles. *Parking in the driveway does not require a parking pass; however, parking in front of the home on the gravel does require a pass. You are provided with two parking passes- Golf cart rentals are NOT allowed in Seaside.- NO events, such as wedding receptions and other large gatherings are allowed. Only people sleeping in the home are allowed on this property. If violated, double cleaning fees, as well as other possible fees, will apply.- NO PET HOME. Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the NO PET policy will result in IMMEDIATE EVICTION, plus additional cleaning charges.- Elevator usage is for individuals who make prior arrangements with Dune before arrival date.
