The guest cottage is decorated in a coastal luxury style, featuring creamy white walls, wood floors and brand new, vintage-style appliances in the kitchen.The living space of Sea Shack is on the first floor and features a flat screen TV, comfortable seating and a convertible sofa that pulls out to sleep one person. The kitchen features all new, vintage-style appliances surrounded by creamy white cabinets. The dining area that seats five is just off of the kitchen area and is surrounded by windows to provide plenty of natural light. One of your favorite places to spend time is sure to be the spacious, deck area. The guest bedroom is located on the first floor and has a Full Sized bed. The full bathroom with a single vanity and walk in shower is also located just off the bedroom. The guest bedroom has access to a wonderful sunroom which is perfect for a lazy afternoon reading a book. There is a stairway in the guest bedroom which leads up to the master bedroom.The master bedroom is accessed by walking through the guest bedroom and up the stairs to the second floor. The cozy master bedroom has a Queen sized bed and features a vanity with a sink and drawers and also a private powder room. You will enjoy stepping out on your private balcony, which overlooks the yard. "Taste & Sea" is a beautiful, three bedroom home that will sleep 6 people and is located in front of the guest cottage. 3 bedrooms, Sleeps 6- Hi-Speed Wi-Fi (Not responsible for service disruptions)- Golf cart rentals are NOT allowed in Seaside.- NO Events, such as wedding receptions and other large gatherings are allowed. Only people sleeping in the home are allowed on this property. If violated, double cleaning fees, as well as other possible fees, will apply.- NO PET HOME. Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the NO PET policy will result in IMMEDIATE EVICTION, plus additional clean charges.- NO SMOKING HOME.
