Rendezvous has 4 bedrooms + a bunk space and can comfortably accommodate 12 guests during your stay.The first floor of this home greets you with a lovely living room with plenty of cozy seating for the entire family to enjoy. The open concept main living space flows seamlessly into the dining space which offers stylish seating for 6 guests. Into the kitchen you will find spacious countertops, stainless steel appliances, and bar stool seating for 2 guests. Off of the kitchen is access to the backyard which provides dining al fresco options.The second floor of the home features two bedrooms and a bunk space. The first bedroom offers a queen size bed, a private bathroom and access to a private porch to enjoy the views of Seaside. The next bedroom has a queen bed, a private bathroom, and access to a private porch.- Golf cart rentals are NOT allowed in Seaside.- NO events, such as wedding receptions and other large gatherings are allowed. Only people sleeping in the home are allowed on this property. If violated, double cleaning fees, as well as other possible fees, will apply.- NO PET HOME.
