There is a guest bedroom on this floor with a king size bed and private bathroom.The second floor of the home offers two guest bedrooms with a king size bed and private bathrooms. The following guest bedroom has a king size bed and a custom built twin over twin bunk bed for the littles. There is a private bathroom for this guest suite as well. The laundry room is located on this floor.The third and final floor of this home starts with an open space that is great for enjoying a movie or gaming. There is a guest bedroom with twin over twin bunks. Additionally, there is a wet bar for beverages on this floor and a full size bathroom.- Parking for 3 vehicles.- NO events, such as wedding receptions and other large gatherings are allowed. Only people sleeping in the home are allowed on this property. If violated, double cleaning fees, as well as other possible fees, will apply.- NO PET HOME.
