The kitchen comes complete with stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space for creating gourmet meals. There is a bonus guest room on the first floor with a full-size bed and shared access to the hall bathroom. The screened in porch is the heart of the home, along with the balcony spaces on the second floor, that make relaxing and time together that much more enjoyable. There is a laundry room on this floor for convenience.The second floor offers a guest bedroom with a queen-sized bed and shared bathroom with the bunk room. The bunk room has a twin over twin bunk bed. There are two master bedrooms, one on the front of the home and one on the back of the home.- Parking for 2 vehicles.- NO events, such as wedding receptions and other large gatherings are allowed. Only people sleeping in the home are allowed on this property. If violated, double cleaning fees, as well as other possible fees, will apply.- NO PET HOME.
