The final bedroom on the first floor features a secondary master bedroom with a king sized bed and an ensuite bathroom which features a separate tub and shower. Also located on the first floor for your convenience is the laundry room.The second floor of the home is where the heart is, and where you will find gorgeous views of the beach while relaxing with your friends and family. The gourmet kitchen has stainless steel appliances with a Viking range and a Sub Zero beverage cooler. The marble countertops provide plenty of space for meal time with bar stool seating for 6 guests. The dining space has a lovely table that can accommodate 8 guests. The open concept feel flows throughout the second floor which allows for the natural light to fill the space and gulf views to be seen from the living room into the dinning room.The third floor is where the master bedroom is located. The master suite features a king sized mattress perfectly positioned to see the sunrise and sunset while relaxing. Only one cart may be rented per home and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis. This home does not provide extension cords for charging.
