The kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, plenty of countertop space for meal preparation, and has bar stool seating for 4 guests. The dining table can accommodate 10 guests. The screened in porch is a beautiful addition that is a peaceful retreat at all times of the day. The first guest bedroom has a king sized bed and private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The next bedroom has a king sized bed and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo. There is a half bath and a washer/dryer on this floor.The second floor of the home is where you will find the master retreat that is complete with a king sized bed, private balcony with stunning views of the nature preserve and a private bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. The next bedroom has a king sized bed and shares a bathroom with the bunk room. The bunk room has two twin over twin beds and a twin single bed.- Parking for 2 vehicles.- NO events, such as wedding receptions and other large gatherings are allowed. Only people sleeping in the home are allowed on this property. If violated, double cleaning fees, as well as other possible fees, will apply.- NO PET HOME. Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the NO PET policy will result in IMMEDIATE EVICTION, plus additional cleaning charges.- Effective March 15, 2014, golf cart rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company, and will be limited to 60 vehicles throughout the community at any given time.
