The master bedroom is on this floor with a king size bed and private bathroom with a shower and soaking tub. Next, you will find a guest bedroom with a queen sized bed and bathroom with hall access. The laundry room is also on this floor. The screened in porch is a lovely place to unwind after a long day at the beach or Camp Watercolor.The second floor of this home has two guest bedrooms. The first bedroom features a king sized bed with a private bathroom. The next bedroom is a great space for the kiddos, featuring 2 twin over twin bunk beds and a private bathroom.- Parking for 2 vehicles.- NO events, such as wedding receptions and other large gatherings are allowed. Only people sleeping in the home are allowed on this property. If violated, double cleaning fees, as well as other possible fees, will apply.- NO PET HOME.
