There is shared washer/ dryer. With minimally shared space with us, and a private entrance. We have has street parking and we are walking distance to shopping, bus stops, and the freeway. THIS IS FOR A SINGLE PERSON OCCUPANCY ONLY. Unfortunately I cannot allow pets because of the ones we already have. We are a small family with little animals, and we are introverted and quiet. Chemically sensitive. LGTBQ+ and Neurodivergent friendly. Utilities are included. It is a month-to-month rental with the hopes of it being a long-term situation with compatibility. It is only available for one person to reside in. Sorry, but we cannot not have any more animals on the property than what is already here. There is street parking available. No cigarette smoking. 420 friendly while keeping in mind that we are also a family living situation. Preferably someone who lives a quieter life.
