A tidy, considerate household in its 30s with a mellow, 2yo dog named Niko.
Readers, thinkers, makers, craftspeople
LGBTQIA+ friendly.
Current housemates are two full-time employed artists. We like cooking, hiking, and gardening. The living room is set up for maximum cozy reading time, so if that appeals to you we'll probably get along.
We would like to design our shared space with housemates who will be with us for a long while, to create a space that everyone wants to spend time in.
The perfect candidate is in/near their 30s (but we're open to other cohorts too!); a quiet, respectful, collaborative housemate - someone who likes the sound of occasional shared dinners, discussions of literature/art/film/etc.), a clean kitchen, and a rotating chore schedule.
No more pets and no smoking inside. No tobacco. Looking to interview asap, move in date ideally early April, negotiable for the right candidate!
If you're interested please send us a message with a little about yourself, including your job, hobbies, and a little bit about your situation.(If you don't do this we won't consider you, sorry!)
