We have a wonderful cozy house in Ballard that needs that special someone. It hasn't been updated since the 50's so it has this wonderful Grandma's house feel to it. The nicest neighbors you could ever want. With a block party every summer. All hardwood floors, working fireplace, unfinished basement that houses the washer and dryer and a piano (I have no idea how they got it in there and the door is too narrow for it to come out). There is a detached garage. Pets are not a problem. We are looking at $3,100 Renter pays for gas. $50 a month per pet for 1 year. No smoking.
