I'm leaving to move to Philly ( ). My *very* nice room (2 closets, 1 walk-in) in this large super beautiful house will be available from mid-April until lease ends (possibility to renew) in September. Rent is $1250+utilities, house is 4 bed, 3 bath, 2 floors, has a covered back porch + yard, in unit laundry, bathubs, super cozy vibes, gorgeous light. The housemates are 3 queer, leftist white folks (mid 20s to mid 30s, 2 trans, 1 cis) who I've really enjoyed living with. House is clean, sharing, and friendly. No pets, no couples!
