We travel in the winter and close off our bedroom. You will have our daughter's room. Since subletting is not advised, we will add you on as a tenant. You will need to sign an agreement with us for 6 months. A one-month deposit is required at signing. Internet is included. We do not have cable t.v. Sorry! We have a senior kitty who will need taken care of. She'll give you lots of joy. All supplies will be paid for by us. We have an insurance plan for her in case of any emergency. Close to Starbucks, post office, a cute park, Safeway. All within walking distance. NO smokers and NO parties. We are looking for a quiet, single, mature adult only. REFERENCES are required. No more pets, please. Hope to hear from you! You will be added on to the lease for six months . This will keep both you and me secure. Management is very helpful and will answer any questions you have throughout your stay. I have two wonderful neighbors who can also assist you where necessary. As stated earlier, this is a quiet building. We are looking for a quiet person. I know you'll enjoy your stay here with our kitty!
