Our backyard cottage with separate entry is in the heart of Wedgwood, a quiet residential neighborhood in NE Seattle, near Ravenna, UW Medical Center and Seattle Children's Hospital. It sits behind our main house and is surrounded by Cedar trees. The studio has a small footprint but the cathedral ceilings give an expansive feeling and there is good natural light throughout the day. The studio comes with furnishings for your use including queen size bed-frame, dresser, sofa, breakfast table and chairs, rugs. The kitchenette is equipped with a 2-burner stovetop, granite counter, refrigerator, microwave and Air Fry appliances. Basic kitchen appliances and kitchenware supplied. There is a newer Laundromat literally at the end of our street. The bathroom is equipped with a tile shower. The small yard in front of studio can be used by tenant, and is set up with small table and chairs The gate has a code lock for added privacy. At the end of our block you will find public transportation (direct to Children's Hospital and UW area), a laundermat and a wonderful coffee shop loved by the locals. You are within walking distance of several pubs, restaurants, post office and library. We are located on a corner lot with plenty of street parking.
