This is a great setup for: -Someone who works professionally from home -A grad student (UW is a short bus ride away) -Someone who wants their own office/workspace/etc. -Worth noting - you still have full access to every other part of the house, but you also have your own space. One of the highlights of this setup is your bathroom: -It is the main bathroom in the house, but will primarily be used by you -It was completely renovated with the following: -Heated floors -Heated towel rack -A soaking tub AND an amazing shower with two different heads (rain shower and detachable head) Full access to every other part of the house: the large living room, family room, nook, utility room (with new washer/dryer and utility sink), and the awesome kitchen. Storage: tons all over the house. Closets in both rooms, in the hall, in the utility room, in the unfinished attic area, etc. The backyard is giant as well. The dog approves. Parking: Plenty of parking on the street in our mellow neighborhood There are 5 busses available within a 1/2 mile of us. Light rail is about a mile or so away.
