There are 3 shared bathrooms in the house with a hand bided by the toilet for additional personal hygiene. The house is fully furnished with sofas and dining table and a washer and dryer. A shared kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker with basic kitchen utensils is also provided in the house. The house is located in a mature neighborhood that is quiet and calm. Very close to retail, coffee shops, dining, grocery stores, and bus lines. Easy access to main highways and freeways by car. walking distance to Aurora Transit Center, Echo Lake Park, Ballinger Lake, and Interurban Trail. Short drive to downtown Shoreline, Downtown Edmonds, and Kings Ferry.
