This is a private home setting in a nice quiet quaint safe neighborhood with friendly neighbors and designated parking in front of the house. Close to the City, Burke Gilman Trail, SCC, NSCC, Northgate area, Ballard, Greenlake, easy access to Greenwood Ave N., Aurora (hwy. 99), 145th and quick to get to I-5 etc. with many bus routes. #5 and #304 close & fast to downtown, close to free parking rapid ride, Edmonds, Richmond beach and Lynnwood. Easy commute to downtown hospitals and Amazon and close access to 2 Park and rides, Northgate and shoreline areas Kitchen: has a table and two chairs, dishes, cookware, utensils, glasses, appliances including a new ex. large SS convection oven/microwave/air fryer combo, an additional oven with air fryer combo, new induction burners, fridge/freezer, a coffee bar and lots of misc. small appliances. Bathroom: is tiled with a very large well lit shower, storage cabinets and 2 medicine cabinets. Linens supplied. Large living room: has a large couch and occasional chair, marble coffee table, end tables, blanket ladder, large file cabinet, book shelf and a work space with a large desk, smart TV, storage and upscale decor. Fireplace is for battery candles only. Bedroom: has a full size bed, 2 dressers, large closet and extra storage and supplied with linens, pillows and blankets. Opening new windows in every room, shared in unit W/D which I use when you are at work weekly. Utilities include WiFi/cable (you supply your own computer) No drugs, illegal activity, overnight quests per notification and a non smoker is mandatory. Rent will depend on the # of people occupying the unit, I am preferring a one person contract. Rent for ONE person is $1800 if planning on staying at least one year with a $1,200 deposit. I do credit and background checks at your expense. Utilities are included in the rent. My preference is to find a quiet long term situation but if needed short term (3 month minimum) is $2000. Most tenants have stayed long term and only moved due to re-location. I am requesting NO animals.
