Property owners live upstairs and have put their heart and souls into designing the perfect space for someone to enjoy. It's open to 1-2 people. The property is drug-free/smoke-free and 420 free, and we are hoping to find someone with the same mindset. We spend our spare time working on our home, gardening lots of delicious veggies, hiking in the PNW, and traveling when we can!
- All individuals 18 years and older must be on the lease as applicants.
- Income must be 3x the rent per month.

Credit score
- All applicants must have a credit score of 720 or greater.
Additional Notes
- Portable or reusable screening reports are not accepted (RCW 59.18.257).
- No smoking, or vaping inside home or on property.
- No firearms or illicit drugs allowed on the property.
- As part of our screening process for all applicants, Sex Offender Registry Information is reviewed.
- Upon approval, applicants have 48 hours to accept and sign a lease agreement. If additional time is required to seek language interpretation services or translation services or if a reasonable accommodation is needed for a disability, please submit your request to a leasing agent.
- The landlord is prohibited from requiring disclosure, asking about, rejecting an applicant, or taking an adverse action based on any arrest record, conviction record, or criminal history, except for registry information as described in subsections 14.09.025.A.3, 14.09.025.A.4, and 14.09.025.A.5, and subject to the exclusions and legal requirements in Section 14.09.115.
- Within the City of Seattle, the landlord is prohibited from taking adverse action against a tenant based on eviction history occurring during or within six months after the end of the civil emergency proclaimed by Mayor Durkan on March 3, 2020, and that the Seattle Office for Civil Rights is the department that will enforce any violations of this ordinance.
- Additional time for the application can be requested in writing over email or the advertising service's messaging medium. For record keeping purposes, verbal requests are not accepted.
- Landlords reside in the main home and will screen requirements according to SMC 14.08.190.
Exceptions to the requirements above are not possible - Section 14.08.040.A.5 requires that all applications are assessed under the same standards.
