There is one step up to the door at the entry way, use the keypad to enter the provided code, which I will text you before your arrival. Walk in and make yourself at home! The space: Cozy 3 bedroom rambler with an artsy style. 2 beds and one dedicated room with a desk for working. We have renovated the home to the original fir floors and exposed the brick in the living room to bring back some of the original character. I hope you love the vintage decor finds as much as we do. The main living room has a new mini split which provides heating and air conditioning for the home (the old gas stove fireplace is for decor only and is not in working condition) There is a tv with a ROKU (you'll need to log into your own streaming accounts such as Netflix or Hulu to use them). There are two rooms off the main living room. The front bedroom has a full bed and new memory foam mattress as well as a small closet. The back room is an office with a large desk and view of the backyard, the perfect spot to get lots of work done, you could fit a twin air mattress on the floor but this space is meant to be a dedicated home office. The bathroom is also just off the living room, the clawfoot tub is great for relaxing, it's also fitted with a shower head. The kitchen and dining are in the back of the home which is very bright and airy. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware such as pots and pans, cookie sheets, oven mitts and more. Just off the kitchen you'll find a cozy primary bedroom with a king bed (memory foam mattress) and closet. The laundry room is in the back of the home and has front loading washer and dryer. Guest have access to: Entire home and yard space. Other things to note: No smoking. The storage shed in the backyard is not accessible by guests.
