My husband and I live on the property in a separate house. You are welcome to share the solar-heated pool, as well as fruit, vegetable and herb gardens that provide captivating views of the Sonoma Mountains.
The setting is 7 minutes from downtown Sebastopol, 18 minutes from Bodega Bay and 30 minutes from the Russian River wineries.
The monthly rentof $3,700 includes all utilities, including high-speedwifi. the term of the lease is negotiable. No pets, please.
