Residents are welcome and encouraged to garden, grow food, and enjoy the land. There is a communal (plant matter only) compost bin available for everyone on the property. The owners, who are both artists and avid gardeners, live on the property and enjoy creating a home that feels connected and creative while still maintaining everyone's own private space.
