Your Space - the Carriage House Tucked onto our peaceful one-acre property in downtown Sebastopol, the Carriage House is one of four separate freestanding homes and is for your exclusive use. This charming two story, two bedroom, one bathroom home offers a flexible, open downstairs area that can serve as one of two bedrooms or can be shaped to suit your needs - whether that's lounging, sleeping, remote working, or gathering, you'll have the space for it. A private covered balcony invites you to sit among the trees and listen to bird songs while you chat, read, or dine. Access includes exterior stairs and an internal spiral staircase that adds to the home's unique character.
