The house is on 2 acres in west Sebastopol about 1.5 miles to town. There is also a main house and guesthouse on the property. There are lovely views from each window and it is very peaceful with parking a lots of outside space. We are looking for a single tenant who is and smoke free. We would also like a good renting/work history. Rent is 1250 and includes garbage, propane, PGE and water. There is also washer and dryer on site. . The current person living there has been here for a while but he is moving to Denmark and can leave after August 15.
