Security deposit: $1,050 for 1 adult or $1,350 for 2 adults. Closet in bedroom with small built in dresser and shelving. Also a full size dresser. Bathroom renovated to include a wall hanging vanity with modern gold fixtures. Shared interior space with the exception of my main bedroom and my bathroom. Roommate(s) will have the option to rent a garage parking space or spaces at an additional $200 each space monthly, 2 available. If you rent the room and a garage space you could place a small privacy screen towards the end of the hallway (to end just in front of the electronics niche at the end of the hallway as I will need access to the niche) to create a somewhat private entrance. If so I would still have access to the garage, however I would enter and exit through the front door. Shared laundry, washer and dryer located in the attached 2 car garage. House has heat, not sure if forced air or heat pump though. Lease is month to month. Parking in driveway unless garage parking fee is paid monthly. A small dog allowed for a $25 additional per month pet fee. I am a non-smoker, no smoking permitted on premises. In addition I will clean up after myself and ask the same from roommate(s).
