Its proximity to downtown and other local amenities makes it the ideal location from from which you can enjoy metro Kansas City/ Shawnee/Overland Park/Merriam and the surrounding areas (without the hustle and bustle of the city) whether you're in town for business or pleasure.
HOUSE RULES:
No Smoking Inside, NO PARTIES. No Gatherings. Be kind to the neighbors. Do not block their parking spots/driveways. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $500 fine if this rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times 10:00pm to 7:00am.
Disclaimer- We do have an EXTERIOR Security camera located in the entrance of our home that record activity during your stay. It faces the public view. The exterior security camera are in place to ensure we are in compliance with our House Rules. Footage remains private and is used to monitor occupancy, No Animal/Pet Policy, No Smoking Policy, No Party or Unauthorized Guests/Visitor Policy, and for liability purposes.
Getting Around
Most other areas require a short drive. Uber/Lyft is also very accessible. Easy to get to major roads and highways for day trips, etc. Our home is only minutes away from local attractions.

NO smoking allowed. $1,000 fine for smoking in the property.
Dogs are allowed. There is a $50 fee for one dog and $100 for two dogs
Length of stay is negotiable upon tenants needs. Lease length is flexible - minimum rental is 3 days. We also accept weekly and monthly rentals.
